SERVICE AGREEMENT

Upon signing this contract, it is legally binding and both the Makeup Artist and said Client agree as follows:

  1. SERVICE ADDITIONS

    • Any additional services requested on the day of the event that are not listed in this contract (e.g., extra makeup applications, additional hairstyles, lash application, hair extension styling, or last-minute party members) will be provided only if time and resources allow.

    • The Artist reserves the right to decline additional services if it will interfere with the agreed-upon schedule.

    • All additional services must be paid for in full at the time of service.

  2. TIMING AND SCHEDULE

    • Bridal makeup: 1:30min

    • Bridesmaids/other makeup: 40min

    • Minor makeup: 15min

  3. DELAYS

    • A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays.

  4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CIENT AND PARTY

    To ensure the best results and avoid delays, the Client and anyone receiving services agree to the following:

    • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.

    • Arrive with clean, dry hair free from heavy styling products.

    • Ensure all members of the party are present at the scheduled time.

    • Client agrees to provide a suitable workspace for services (well-lit, with access to electrical outlets, and seating for the client/party). If such space is not available, the Artist may adjust setup as needed, but this may impact the timing and quality of services.

  5. ALLERGIES

    • Notify the Artist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions in advance to avoid any reactions. The Artist will not be responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies, skin conditions, or use of non-recommended products after services are completed. Should a reaction occur, requiring medical attention or not, it is agreed that the makeup artist is not legally liable or responsible for injury and/or ailment of any kind.

  6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

    • Cancellation by Client: All cancellations must be made in writing (email or signed letter). Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    • Reduction of Services: If the number of contracted services decreases the within 14 days of the event, all deposits for those reduced services will be forfeited and be used and a cancelation fee.

    • Rescheduling: If the Client needs to reschedule, the Artist will make every effort to accommodate.

    • Cancellation by Artist: If the Artist must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen event, all payments will be refunded, and the Artist will make reasonable efforts to secure a qualified replacement. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposits and fees is the only liability to Beauty by Dariana LLC, Dariana Torres.

    • Cancellation by Client: All cancellations must be made in writing (email or signed letter). All deposits paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within 14 days of contract signing. After the 14-day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on this contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

  7. TRAVELING

    • A traveling fee of $80.00 is to be paid to the makeup artist along with this signed contract and other deposits. This traveling fee applies ONLY within the city of Reading, PA. Outside of the stated city, there will be additional charges per mile traveled. Any parking fees, valet charges, tolls, or required accommodations are the responsibility of the Client.

  8. DEPOSITS

    • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is required to secure their makeup services on the day of the wedding. This $50.00 deposit is to be paid and sent along with this signed contract. All deposits will be deducted from each person’s total on the wedding day.
