Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT . Your deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment. If deposit is not sent after 24hrs of booking, your appointment will be cancelled automatically. REMAINING BALANCE: Must be paid in full on the day of your service. CASH ONLY!!! CANCELATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment please notify 48hrs before your appointment. You can only re-schedule once with the same deposit. If cancellation is made within the 48hrs, your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee. LATENESS: If 10min late, a $15 late fee will be applied to your remaining total. If 20min late your appointment will be automatically cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. EARLY BIRD APPOINTMENTS: If you need an appointment before working hours (9AM) please contact me directly. These appointments require an extra fee of $20 to book.​ LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: If you need a last minute appointment please contact me directly.
