Cancellation by Client: All cancellations must be made in writing (email or signed letter). Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Reduction of Services: If the number of contracted services decreases the within 14 days of the event, all deposits for those reduced services will be forfeited and be used and a cancelation fee.
Rescheduling: If the Client needs to reschedule, the Artist will make every effort to accommodate.
Cancellation by Artist: If the Artist must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen event, all payments will be refunded, and the Artist will make reasonable efforts to secure a qualified replacement. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposits and fees is the only liability to Beauty by Dariana LLC, Dariana Torres.
Cancellation by Client: All cancellations must be made in writing (email or signed letter). All deposits paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within 14 days of contract signing. After the 14-day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on this contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
