ALLERGIES: Client agrees to notify Makeup Artist of any allergies she may have toward any cosmetics and or chemicals. Should a reaction occur, requiring medical attention or not, it is agreed that the makeup artist is not legally liable or responsible for injury and/or ailment of any kind.
Any additional makeup needs outside contract will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist. All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. All makeup for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).
DELAYS:Â A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays.
CANCELLATION: All deposits paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within 15 days of contract signing. After the 15-day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on this contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If makeup artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform artist’s duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposits and fees is the only liability to Beauty by Dariana LLC, Dariana Torres.
TRAVELING FEE: A traveling fee of $80.00 is to be paid to the makeup artist along with this signed contract and other deposits. This traveling fee applies ONLYÂ within the city of Reading, PA. Outside of the stated city, there will be additional charges per mile traveled.
DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is required to secure their makeup services on the day of the wedding. This $50.00 deposit is to be paid and sent along with this signed contract. All deposits will be deducted from each person’s total  on the wedding day.
