Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT . Your deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment. REMAINING BALANCE: Must be paid in full on the day of your service. CASH ONLY!!! CANCELATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment please notify 24hrs before your appointment. You can only re-schedule once with the same deposit. If cancellation is made within the 24hrs, your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee. LATENESS: If 10min late, a $15 late fee will be applied to your remaining total. If 15min late your appointment will be automatically cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. EARLY BIRD APPOINTMENTS: If you need an appointment before working hours (9AM-9PM) please contact me directly. These appointments require an extra fee of $20 to book.​ LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: If you need a last minute appointment please contact me directly.
